  • Barely Adequate

It takes forever to load, but will load. You have to select the issue you want to read and have to manually navigate to the page you were last reading. Every. Single. Time. It should remember where you were last reading just like the other e-readers do. If you charge money for an app, it should at least have some respectable functionality.
  • Terrible

The grapevine app needs some work. I would not pay 31 dollars a year for this app. A full version 2.0 rebuild needs to be done. More older issue need to be added to the available issue. User ought to be able to create an account without having to enter payment information. Take advantage of the current technologies. If it is a utilization issue. Then upgrade your severs. This app is terrible.
  • Won’t recognize PW

I can access my GV subscription on the website but can’t log onto the app. My email for tech assistance went unanswered. Seems to be every subscriber’s problem. Get it fixed! Been this way for months.

Purchased a year's subscription in April. In August, they updated the app and have locked me out of my purchase. When I contacted them to straighten it out, felt suspiciously like a phishing exercise.
  • Work around

It was great until this update. Then it would not recognize or remember my subscription. I called them and had to send in a screen shot (or email) showing my subscription and also tell them my mailing address. Then they emailed me a password and the app works great. Still, it was a pain.
  • Trouble of this world...

Last update caused lost subscription-information. No response from emails to publisher. Great magazine, but app needs help...
