How boring can a game be?! They really tried hard with this one. I was bored to death within the first minute of “playing” this “game.”
  • No mining allowed

    By FoxGonzo
It is an ok app. But if you are mining anybody with a wild hair can just blow you up. I can’t get any of the mining missions completed, I can’t get any of the resources that mining gives you. I really wish Star Wars Commander hadn’t gone down. I enjoyed that a lot more. It also gets boring waiting for the long upgrade times. Overall just a general meh.
  • Abusive environment dominated by money

    By thereallbeagle
Contrary to the terms of service abusive people with money completely ruin the game. Spend thousands and you can have the biggest ship to ruin people’s days. Players with 5 million strength ships can just continually kill players with 500k ships unless their personal demands are made. Stay away it is a toxic environment.
  • Poor customer service. Very expensive

    By Tekkie79
You really have to spend thousands of dollars and at least 6 hours a day to get anywhere in this game. As you level up.. the requirements get more and more costly. Played for over a year and got tired of the grind. $100 for standard in game purchases?? Ambiguous policies? 4-6 hours to finish daily goals? No way! You either spend a ton of time or a ton of money. Zero fun. It’s like a job all while you get bulldozed by heavy spenders that are bored and just want to harass everyone for no reason. Customer service is the absolute worst. Game is constantly super buggy and barely playable at times. Not recommended at all. The only thing keeping this alive is the player community that refuses to abandon their investments.
  • Threatened by Other Players

    By Drew44479
This game used to be fun, but I left the game after being threatened & bullied by other players. After numerous complaints to the game administrators, NOTHING was done to address my concerns. There are A LOT of players on this game who are vindictive and threatening towards players that they do not like. I was stalked, attacked, and constantly pursued by these so-called players. In my opinion, the in-game chat should be removed. Players on the chat recruit other like-minded vindictive players to assist them in harassing, locating, and attacking players to the point where every time you try to leave your base, you are pursued and attacked. These players would even be somehow be notified when you change your in-game player name/profile, thus allowing them to hunt you down again. Did not feel safe playing this game anymore...and would Definitely NOT allow anyone under 18 to play this game or have access to the in-game chat due to being exposed to the vulgar/inappropriate conversations being posted there.

Having played this game almost daily for more than a year I’ve seen it progress and grow. There are missions and ships and officers to progress through and add to your arsenal, but there is also great gameplay too. The latest Borg arc takes place over 3 months and builds from each month prior. The community managers are listening to player feedback and developing a better product. If you played at the beginning and left, come back and try it again. If you’ve never played before come in and give it a go. It’s a great time to be in the game.
