  • Starts out fun BUT becomes frustrating really fast

Loved the designing aspect of the game but the levels to earn the money are waaay too difficult - with not a lot of reward in the end. Enjoyed it for a couple days. But now it’s just frustrating so I’m deleting the app now.
  • Asking for too much coins to add stuff

    By Lila too cozyy
I first loved the game but now that I’m at level 1467 the amounts to add furniture or walls is ridiculous, more than 9000 coins !! Even the clean up is super expensive I can’t even imagine how much it is going to be when I’m at level 1500, doesn’t make me wanna keep playing. I get that it’s to make the game harder but levels are already hard as they are when you don’t have boosters...
  • Annoying money grab

This game would be so awesome if they creators weren’t so greedy. The levels are so hard and they only give you 5 tries. There is no other way to earn gems so if you want to refill lives you have to pay 99 cents. Also the boosters are an insane amount as well. I am much better off playing candy crush. I can’t even believe that any one thought this current game format works.
  • Unbalanced

I got addicted to this game immediately. It’s so much fun. But within a couple days I’ve gotten to the point where the mini games are so hard it’s impossible to progress. You have to play about 3 or 4 mini games just to purchase one chair. And these are so hard I use all 5 tries on one game and get nowhere. This game is super unbalanced. I just want to design the kitchen! But it will just be forever unfinished. Frustrating
  • This game just wants your money

I got the game yesterday, because I love the design aspect (really enjoy the app Design Home) and thought this would be similar (and who doesn’t love HGTV). It’s not at all what it looked like in the ad I saw for it though. The game focuses WAY too much on the “puzzles” and barely at all on the design. The puzzles wouldn’t be an issue if you didn’t need to do so many of them just to fix ONE fixture of the room. Even then I tolerated the puzzles on the first day, because you could do them an unlimited amount of times your first day playing. After logging on today, I realized that the game was only about profiting off of people. The puzzles are no longer infinite and after running out of tries you have to wait 25 minutes for another try. The puzzles give you money that you needed to design parts of the rooms, which is annoying because the wall paint will be $1700, but you’ll only get $650 from completing the puzzles. All in all this game and it’s creators don’t care about making customers happy, but rather trying to lure people in to take their money. I really liked the Property Brothers, but after playing this app for 2 days, I now have a bad perception of them. Sincerely, Someone who doesn’t normally write reviews
  • Inconsistent

Overall, I enjoy this game. However, I am redoing a bathroom in the app and plants for the window cost 9,300 coins. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Also, waiting 30 minutes to get a life is way too long. Especially since we’re quarantined. Otherwise, good design options and it’s easy to spend hours playing. If you have the cash.

  • Please FIX 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

The game is amazing it has a great concept, you can really get hooked quick... I love it but I won’t be playing it anytime so do to the simple fact that, the money is a BIG ISSUE. 1: The levels get really hard, like unbeatable hard I had to spend almost $200 just to get to level 125. But by the time you get to 30 it just becomes annoying for no reason 2: The money you only get like $700 per level and the stuff be $900 per thing in the room at least give us $1,000 per level. 3. PLEASE READ THE REVIEW 4: Don’t get the game unless you are willing to SPEND REAL LIFE MONEY😭😭😭 5:The levels need to become easier....
  • Two Suggestions

    By LynniePynnie
This is a nice game once you get the hang of it. I have two suggestions: (1) Please move the sledge hammer out of the bottom-right corner. I have lost 3 or 4 of them by accidentally touching the circle with the heel of my hand. (2) It would be nice if you introduced some new colors into the designs. It seems like there's an awful lot of gray, blue and yellow. Nice colors but not interesting if all the designs use the same colors. Thank you for considering!
