  • iPad landscape mode no longer supported

    Works on iPhone but no longer supports the iPad in landscape mode. So those of us with a keyboard on our iPads are stuck with the website to shop. Even that has issues since it will regularly come up with message box to open the Amazon app. It does give you buttons to open or cancel but both just open the app.

    I have an iPhone 6p, yes I know it is an old phone. Although, it is in excellent condition. I just found out can not update to the newest version of the app because it is not longer compatible with my phone and have to use the older version. Problem is the last compatible version no longer gives the ability to use the menu list to choose what department or category you want to go to. You get an error messages that says sorry something went wrong go home page. So the only way you can get anywhere else on in the app is to search? Fix it!!!!

    Don’t know why this app requires to run iOS 13. Nothing special about this app. Disappointed in amazon for not making it compatible with all iOS’s.

  • Amazon has really gone downhill lately

    The Amazon app and Amazon have really made a turn for the worse over the past few years. As an Amazon prime business user I’m considering canceling my account. Instead of relevant quality name brand products the app only seems to display generic knockoff products with tons of fake reviews. Sometimes these generic knockoff brands are even more expensive than the name brand but the app continues to hide the quality stuff on the 2nd or 3rd page while promoting garbage to the first. Now they have the audacity to show ads (sponsored) items on every search. Imagine paying for a service and then still seeing ads. These are almost always fake review garbage products and it just makes finding what you want even harder.

    Stupid app requires me to change my password just to get access. No thanks I deleted it instead and will stick to using the website.
