  • Fix

    By C. Gallardo
The latest update has led to the app crashing and not loading the shows. Needs to be fixed.
  • Not impressed

Why am I paying to watch advertising??
  • Terrible app

    By EricLamod
Why do I have to uninstall and Reinstall this app to watch my favorite shows? And then you want your customers to pay for this type of service.
  • Latest update is ruining my experience

    By aiduen
I adore Hulu and it’s always acted properly. I’ve never had any issues with it until the latest update. Now I bring up the app and click on an episode and I get an error message. I close the app and open it again and then the video refuses to work. THEN I have to close and open the app a few more times and THEN the video will play. That is utterly ridiculous and it’s been happening everyday since the update. Like there needs to be a new update. It’s pissing me off to the point where I’m not sure I can keep using it.
  • UX / UI

    By JDP Racing
Well it’s been 2 years with this new UI design. Still awful, still overly complicated and generally a horrible experience. Daring to be different is one thing. Refusing to acknowledge your design is truly awful and not do anything about it is even worse. This is why you lose money every year and Netflix makes money.
  • Update

    By Guidamomma
Since the update on the 22nd of May Hulu has quit working properly. It keeps shutting down mid play and won’t reboot. So much for better updates. 🤨
  • Ads

    By Vyttsk
They tacked on an extra 40 minutes to a movie by adding a whole bunch of unskippable ads. I get making some money through ad revenue but this is ridiculous.
  • Auto play not working and other issues

    By MissCarla83
Auto play no longer works for most of my frequently watched shows on my iPad Pro. There’s also a show “stuck” in my Keep Watching list. I haven’t watched a single episode of the series in months and remove it daily with no success. My Keep Watching list also clears itself quite frequently (with exception of that one show) and adds random shows that I haven’t been viewing.
  • Ad-trocious

    By GrandaddyKush
The first thing I noticed were the ads. The ads are more prevalent than that of live tv, happening between scenes instead of scheduled breaks. This can result in upwards of five ad breaks in a forty five minute feature, lasting ninety seconds. The audio levels of the ads breaks also seem to be turned up compared to the audio of the show selected. If Hulu was a free service, instead of subscription based, the ads would be understandable. But to buy a subscription and still be bombarded with ads is simply atrocious. If I could give Hulu a zero star review, I would without a second thought.
