  • Best Magazine Layout

    By Netpark
Evo magazine format is laid out logically. Unlike other magazines, Evo thought about the reader experience. Very well executed. Significantly better than Car UK’s layout. The articles are superbly written on par with Car UK. As a bonus, You’ll be able to download any past Evo with an active sub.
  • Best Car Magazine

I bought every single issue of evo since 2001 and it is simply the best car magazine. It had it’s up & downs lately but seems to be getting it’s groove back
  • Great magazine. Shame about the app and customer service

    By Slimshadycat
What was a truly great magazine spoilt by a 3rd grade app design and a team of so called customer service reps that could care less if you subscribed or not. In fact, I think they would rather you did not subscribe so they would have less complaints to answer to. If you can actually open the app on a device you will no doubt enjoy it but it is a big if. The content also has declined significantly over the last year or so almost to the point you wonder how much longer the magazine will be around. EVO used to post many videos on YouTube, now it is very rare. The magazine articles are get shorter with each issue. Come to think of it, the magazine is not as good as it was when Harry Metcalfe was running it. Try Harry’s garage for your car fix needs. It’s free and it works. App does not work on multiple devices either. Most people have an iPhone and iPad and it will only work on one device at least when you subscribe through iTunes. Dennis publishing wash their hands of it and tell you to contact Apple. Now that is what I call service. Shame on them.
  • The Best Automotive Magazine

    By Yztsydfuvoivicu
EVO is well and above other car magazines. The articles are well written and the composition is superb. The detail and content written is palpable. You truly get a sense of what the car being reviewed is like to drive and experience. The app is a fantastic digital experience of the tangible material. The photos are high resolution and beautiful. The app is easy to use and organize your magazine purchases and subscriptions. Highly recommend for those looking for high quality and quantity automotive journalism.
  • Cannot Download any Magazines

    By ....?...?
This is a great magazine. I subscribed while living in London. Was really happy to get the app and subscribe electronically when I moved to the USA. Unfortunately I have had endless issues trying to download magazines. The earlier version of this app worked. This version has not allowed me to download anything since renewing my subscription.
  • Ooops app won't let me download

    By HannuSMC
While evo content is great, the app doesn't meet any usability standards. For example, to archive old issues you have to dig through various menus until you find the function. Worst of all the app is now preventing me from downloading new content and just keeps saying: "Ooops, something went wrong..." Despite me having a subscription via itunes for another 9 month. Go test the american Road & Track app. That is how 5-star is done.
  • Subscriptions don't work anymore

    By Byronic_Hero
I think my iTunes based subscription has expired (there is no way to actually confirm this in the app) in the app is giving me no options to pay to continue my subscription… Seems like a pretty major oversight if I can't pay business to access the content they have placed in their own app... The Evo content is as good as ever, this app just continues to be a disaster, generation after generation
  • Despite requesting help from both evo and apple I still don't get the magazine

    By cant get the magazine
Great magazine but I cannot access the magazine even though I paid for 2 years. It's a pain
  • Best Car Magazine

    By McLarenLM
EVO Magazine is the best car magazine on the planet, bar none. Best Writers, Photographers, Drivers, etc. No boring cars. Excellent editing. What R&T and C&D were 30 years ago, but with a British twist, and far better card stock on the Magazine.
  • Finally

    By FCE12629
I'm glad evo finally, FINALLY moved to a magazine format instead of the dribble of articles every few days. The print version was always my favorite car magazine, so switching a few years ago to the old app on my iPad was disappointing. It never captured the feel of the print version for reasons I can't entirely explain. I've only read one new issue, but it is much better and I'm hopeful it'll be compelling reading like it used to be.
