LINES will help you save time and money during your Disneyland trip. Because we’re independent travel writers, we can tell you what Disney can’t, from actual waits in line, to which park will be less crowded every day of your trip. LINES features include: -Both Disney’s currently posted wait time at every attraction and how long you’ll REALLY wait in line, based on our experience and that of thousands of families on the same ride. -New “Ride Now” and “Wait to Ride” recommendations to show whether waits are going up or down at your favorite rides. -Customized step-by-step touring plans for both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. You tell LINES which rides you want to see, and LINES will create a step-by-step itinerary showing when to go to each ride to avoid long lines. You can even change your plans while you’re in the park! -A Crowd Calendar showing you how busy each park will be over the next ten days. -Disney’s official app doesn’t show you the waits for many attractions or character greetings. LINES has wait times for more rides, shows, and character greetings than even Disney’s own app. -See which rides still have FASTPASS ride reservations for the rest of the day. This is incredibly useful if you’re trying to plan your afternoon and evening, if you want to know whether FASTPASS is available at Splash Mountain after your nap, or if trying to decide which park to go to after dinner. -Ask questions and get fast answers from our online community of 120,000 Disney experts. -Menus and prices for every restaurant, kiosk, food stand, and cart in all of Disneyland Resort – more than 6,000 things to eat! Every menu is searchable – you can find every steak in California Adventure or throughout the parks, Downtown Disney, and the official Disneyland Resort Hotels! Our Disney trip planning tools have been featured in USA Today, the New York Times, FOX News and dozens of other newspapers, magazines, television and radio shows. Since 1986, we’ve helped more than 3 million families plan their Disney vacations. Note: Some LINES features, such as the crowd calendar and wait times, require an in-app subscription purchase to access. Other LINES features, such as customized touring plans, menus, and viewing chat forums, are completely free. Your in-app subscription includes 365 days of access to TouringPlans.com, the Web’s most popular subscription-based site for Disney trip planning.

  • Good but not quite there

    By iPhone addict #27182818
Very helpful for our first day but missing a couple key features that made it difficult to use our second day: (1) DL and DCA use separate plans. If you have a park hopper ticket and don’t mind walking back and forth, the app doesn’t seem to know how to optimize your day. (2) There doesn’t appear to be a way to constrain ride times. For example we wanted to do Grizzly River Run later in the day with a Fast Pass when it was warmer but the Optimize step would always put it early in the morning. This had a ripple effect that led to us to largely ignore the plan. Also, since we always want to do more than we have time and energy for, it would be helpful to be able to tag each item with a level of importance to us. Also, the Optimize step was too risky. We nearly missed the end of the 15 minute Fast Pass grace period multiple times because of unexpected delays. It would be helpful to tell it how much risk we are willing to take. Finally, the app is too slow. Many times we refrained from using it because of the sluggishness. This was especially the case for non essential functions like logging wait time. This may help explain why its wait times were often so far off: Almost nobody is contributing wait times because it’s so sluggish.
  • Not as accurate as it once was

    By Paul button
I renewed my subscription because we have used touring plans many times in the past. This year the app was not accurate at all with its wait times and fast pass return times. I mean not even in the ballpark. Definitely felt like a waste of money this time around.

Toy story mania isn’t open! How can you know the post wait times?! This app lies.
  • Excellent Cure For Post Vacation Blues

    By Woody8675309
This app is great for while you're IN the park, but it's even better for when you're NOT in the park. Let me explain. The chat room, close in feel to "lounges" of other unofficial Disneyland apps, is ripe with quality content conversation. Whether you're planning for your trip, wondering which walking shoes are recommended by DL veterans, or just want to experience more DL discussion to soothe your post vacation blues hangover, it's a great place to check and participate in. As for the service it provides while you're in the park, superior to other apps in that it offers advice along with the wait times. A veteran may see that Indiana Jones is 35 minutes and realize that's a jackpot opportunity to go into stand-by if you don't have a fast pass, but noobs and even anxious vets will appreciate the advice that comes with it in their "go now" or "go anytime, wait time won't change" FYIs. I also highly recommend the companion book, The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland, as it's the most entertaining literature on the park I've found in my seven years as an annual passholder. Thorough information on the parks and everything in it, comedic albeit dry commentary. 5/5 stars.
  • A Good App

This is the first place I turn to, each and every day
  • Don’t Leave Home Without It

I’d never Disney without it! No matter which parks WDW or DL. Just makes it more relaxing for me.
  • Fantastic Help for a wonderful trip

    By SeniorTraveler
We have used this app and also subscribed to the website. At the park it is great to have the information at your fingertips. We’ve depended on being able to search the restaurant menus, to see wait times and to have access to our custom touring plans. We set up some plans before we go. Easy to alter as the day goes on. I’m impressed by their ability to analyze all the activities we want to do and put them in an order that lowers wait times. You can plan on meal times and break times.
  • Was helpful when it was working

    By JosieDawn
This app was helpful the first two days of our trip but then the “optimize” feature quit working, making the entire thing pointless. So I spent money on something that ultimately didn’t even work. Pretty frustrating. If it would have worked the way it was the first two days I used it I would have given a 5 star rating.
  • May look ugly, but works with data accuracy

    By Mikeg112
After reading the article on popular Science, it made me appreciate how the app may not look the prettiest, but it gets the job done with data driven iteniarieres and updates! It has helped me make the best days out of going to Disneyland, totally worth the subscription price many times over!
  • Highly Inaccurate

    By MamaThrivesOnChaos
I bought the subscription because this was highly raved about always being accurate on wait times and crowd index. WRONG!! We’ve visited 3 times in the last 2 weeks and every time the crowds were much higher than predicted and the wait times were highly inaccurate. Our last visit was supposed to be a 4/10 and the crowds were more like 8/10 like they are on a Saturday in Peak season. I’ll stick to the free apps because they are much more accurate. Don’t waste your money on the app, buy a churro instead.
