Still having problems. Says I have 1-3 unread emails so I go through my main one, nothing. I switch between the two accounts, nothing. Exit out and the notification number goes away…
  • Badge notification inaccurate

My badge notification for this app is no longer accurate. It shows I have 34 unread emails when I have none. I had other accounts connected to the app, but I have removed them or disabled them and it is still not accurate. Very frustrating. I turned off the badge. Otherwise, it’s very user friendly-much more so than the mail app for iOS. Two days later, I received a suggestion to delete the app and reinstall. It fixed the issue. Thanks!

Worked well untill the Google security bots locked me out. Forced me to change passwords, so I did on my computer. Now I go to the app and its stuck on the accounts main pages. Just spins. Cant use the regular mail app either, it’s like they block you completely from mobile. My wife has had the same issue for months now.

Would be nice to have a DND option in the app.

I'm tapping on the wrong thing way too often in the latest version of this app. There are too many buttons in the UI that are way too close together. App is good for reading emails or chats, but super frustrating to type in.
  • Notifications Aren’t Accurate

I’ve had this issue for months now where the number of new emails I have in my inbox doesn’t match the notifications I receive. I’ve tried refreshing the phone, removing the app and reinstalling, I’ve tried a number of other “tricks” and nothing helps. Sometimes I won’t get new mail notifications. My app will say I have 1 new email but if I open the app, I’ll have 30 new emails. It’s frustrating for me because I manage so much via email from my kids school to work and personal stuff. Not sure what the deal is, but it would be nice if it could be fixed.
