  • Amazing app but has this ONE glitch that ruins it for me

    Ok so I switched from am to Vsp in December and have enjoyed all my edits and making them up until 2 or 3 months ago when this annoying glitch started. I press create and it never loads my preview it just keep loading and loading and loading. And I did find a solution to this, I restart my phone and I can go back to my editing but I have to end up doing this 3-4 times per edit which I’m sure none of us would want to do. My editing community also had the same problem and I talked to customer service or support for a couple days ab it but what they suggested didn’t work long term. Please fix this or truthfully I’m going to switch back to am or capcut 💀

    You can’t do anything without having to pay for it. I watched a tutorial on how to do something but when I actually did it, it says that I have to but this pack to use it, what?! That just makes the app annoying and harder to use.

    Can you guys add an "mini wave" or regular wave angle adjustment? I hate having to zoom the picture out and rotating it and then rerotating and zooming it back in because due to the fact that the pixels get smaller everytime i zoom it out, the picture or video has the absolute worst quality of all century 😭 please add something so i dont have to ruin my quality & thank you.

    i like video star and ive been using it for my tiktok videos until i unselled it but it has too many stuff that requires money and i dont have money at all and they need to update it to make a few stuff require money and lots of free stuff, for example, if i add two layers and i need to pay for it. Overall, that is why i need it to be updated

    Great app! Simple and easy-to use interface without making the options limited. The subscription is a good deal as well. When I was having a problem, customer support was quick and happy to help.

    I have been using video star for months now, but i originally used capcut. Capcut was fairly simple to use but once i switched to video star i was lost, i still am

    I just logged in and my videostar isn’t working. I click on multi-layer and when I press create it makes my scene black? Even when I don’t create and try to view my scenes it’s making it black so I can’t see anything. Video star fix this.
